About Flossys

Flossy’s Fairy Floss was established in January 2001 with an idea about providing a fairy floss service to Schools to help them fundraise.   Anyone who has ever used a fairy floss machine knows that it is a messy sticky job and it can be frustrating trying to keep the floss on the stick while the queue gets bigger and bigger.

Since starting in 2001 our business has expanded from packing fairy floss and popcorn for fundraising and the corporate industry, to hiring machines for you to operate, and providing a wonderful operated hire service for corporate functions and all kinds of events. We come to you fully equipped and ready to go!  And of course we still attend school fetes ……. but you better get in early!

At Flossy’s we also blend our own colours and flavours (Flosscol) for our fairy floss, and supply these products to businesses all around Australia. We began blending our own colours and flavours so we had the control of producing the right balance of colour and flavour in every product we produce.

Our online store was introduced back in late 2008 and we have kept it going to fill the small need for private machines; however we did incorporate a wholesale section for supplies to make it easier for our business customers to order.

In the near future we will be expanding our popcorn range and introducing new products and hire machines for our current loyal customers, and for any new customer that we gain.
