Snowcone Ice Shaving Machine instructions

Setting Up:

It is important to place the machine under a tent for protection from the rain and for shade from the sun. 

1. Place machine on a sturdy table.
2. Wipe out the machine with towelling paper before you use it.
3. Make sure the machine is switched off before you plug in the unit.
4. Connect the lead from the machine to the power point.
5. Make sure the power switch is turned off at all times except when you are shaving ice.

                                                  
Shaving Ice:

(A 5 kilo bag of ice will make approx 25 cones)

1. Press the power switch on.
2. Lift up ice pusher to rest position and then fill with ice. 
3. Push the red button (motor) to shave the ice into the cabinet while at the same time pushing the ice through with a pumping action.   Release the button to stop shaving.  Continue shaving ice until you have a large pile of snow in the cabinet as this will attract customers.  Now turn the power switch off.
4. Scoop the snow into the cone and finish it by making a round ball with the ladle for the top.  Put a spoon straw in the cone and finish by squeezing syrup over the top.

WARNING:   Do not at any time put hands, fingers, screwdrivers or any objects except ice in the the shaving shute.

Cleaning: 

Please remove all syrups in squeeze bottles and rinse the squeeze bottles. 
Rinse the accessories and return all equipment and accessories.
