While Flossy's Fairy Floss ensures the optimal performance of the site, you agree that you use this site at your own risk. You acknowledge that Flossy's Fairy Floss is not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, viruses, communication line failure or damage to your computer system or network.
 

Termination

Flossy's Fairy Floss reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of, or access to, this site at any time, if Flossy's Fairy Floss decides at its sole discretion that you have breached this agreement or any relevant rule or regulation or you have engaged in conduct that Flossy's Fairy Floss considers to be inappropriate or unacceptable.
 

Refund Policy

Flossy's Fairy Floss offers a money back guarantee on all items if they are returned within 7 days of receipt. We require that the item be returned in original condition, unopened, all tamper evident seals in tact with a copy of your Tax Invoice accompanying the product/s.  These items are returned at the purchaser's expense.

Please be certain to carefully package up any goods sent back to us in the post and include a note explaining the reasons for your return.

Refunds are issued by way of refunding in the same manner it was purchased.  Please note Flossy's Fairy Floss reserves the right to inspect all packaging prior to offering any refund.

Flossy's Fairy Floss will deliver items by way of couriers or Australia Post. We require a street address or PO Box number for all deliveries.

 Allow 14 working days for any deliveries within Australia.
