Items are shipped using Australia Post by weight. For Larger items weight is calculated by the size of the item (cubic weight). A box of fairy floss has a cubic weight of 18 kilos, even though its actual weight is 4 kilos. For wholesale customers, items may be shipped by Australia Post or freighted by a registered freight company. Items can also be picked-up from our store at 177 Springvale Road, Nunawading Vic.
If the order is required by a specific date then please make sure you allow atleast 10 working days to receive the order, notify us when you place the order online that you need the order by a specific date. At times we may have difficulty filling the order by the required date and will notify you immediately if this is the case when we receive your order.
We endeavour to ship all orders within 3-5 working days, except when the item ordered is a product made on order which is all of our pre-packaged fairy floss and popcorn. If you have not received an order within 14 days, please notify us by email at: orders@flossysfairyfloss.com.au.
Returns
All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging, 100% complete with tamper evident seals untouched. The customer is responsible for the return postage and for postage with exchange.

• Your Order number (which appears on the top of the confirmation email)
• Your name and address
• A description of the item you are returning and why you are returning the item.
• Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
